Whether a young person is making their first career selection or an adult is in the midst of a career transition, an awareness of Labor Market Trends in Wisconsin is an essential component of the career planning process. In this workshop, we will explore a variety of Labor Market Information sources that provide occupational projections, wage and salary information and the skills needed in today’s workplace. Participants will learn how to incorporate knowledge of Labor Market Trends into the career planning process and the development of Career Security.
