Lunch & Learn: Conversations and Career Growth with an AI Lens, Sharing Reflections from the Summer 2025 WCDA Drive-In Conference
WCDA aims to provide at least one (1) professional development opportunity per month for its members. Please join WCDA to celebrate National Career Development Month at our November Lunch & Learn professional development session. This month's presenter will share their reflections from a session they attended at this past summer's WCDA Drive-In Conference focused on AI in career development.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer optional, it’s essential. From hiring practices to career exploration, this month's session will share how AI is transforming the way work gets done, and career development is no exception. For coaches and counselors, success now depends on more than knowing resumes, interviews, and labor market trends. It requires embracing AI as a strategic partner that boosts productivity, sharpens insights, and ensures long-term professional relevance.
Join us for this virtual one hour professional development opportunity. The link to access the session will be sent out one day prior to the session.
