ADHD: The Unsung Professional Asset - Strategies to Help Your Clients Harness Hyperfocus & Push Past Procrastination

This year WCDA aims to provide at least one (1) professional development opportunity per month for its members.  Please join WCDA for a Lunch & Learn session for November's professional development opportunity to kick off National Career Development Week (November 13- November 17).

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is neither a “disorder” nor something to overcome. It is an entirely different way to experience the world that, when played to its strengths, can unlock creativity, innovation, and professional success. Too many people in the ADHD community are told that their brain wiring is somehow deficient. In this learning session, we will explore what ADHD is and ways to support your ADHD clients. We will learn about the amazing strengths that come with ADHD and ways to lean into those strengths to overcome any challenges.

Join us for this one hour professional development opportunity.  The link to access the session will be sent out the Friday prior to the session.

Presenter(s): Elle O’Flaherty (JD, PCC, ACCG, CCSP, CPRW), Founder - Interlace Solutions Coaching

Date/Time/Location: Monday, November 13 from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm (Central) via Zoom
