Professional Development Event:
Revisiting the Integrative Life Planning Theory (ILP) of Sunny Hansen

Please join WCDA for a forum that will explore and analyze the holistic theory developed by Sunny Hansen in 1996.  The theory talks about six critical tasks that are part of everyone’s career development.  She uses a quilting metaphor to describe and assemble those critical tasks.  In addition to defining the components of the theory, participants will have an opportunity to discuss how one would assess those critical tasks.
