Professional Development Event: 
Revisiting the Integrative Life Planning Theory (ILP) of Sunny Hansen

Please join WCDA for a forum that will explore and analyze the holistic theory developed by Sunny Hansen in 1996.  The theory talks about six critical tasks that are part of everyone’s career development.  She uses a quilting metaphor to describe and assemble those critical tasks.  In addition to defining the components of the theory, participants will have an opportunity to discuss how one would assess those critical tasks.

Date/Time: Friday, March 3, 2023, 12:00pm-1:00pm Central Time, using Zoom.

Audience: This event is designed to provide professional development for academic advisors, career development professionals, workforce development professionals, coaches, counselors, and educators.

Certificate of Attendance: A certificate of attendance, noting 1 clock hour, will be available for individuals who attend this professional development event.

Pre-Registration: Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants the day before the event. 

Cost: $10 for members of WCDA. $50 for individuals who are not members of WCDA.

This WCDA professional development event is $10 for current members of WCDA. If you are not a current member of WCDA, consider joining WCDA for a $25 annual fee, then register for the event for $10, which is the WCDA member price.
